I saw them do some of the filming last year in Silverstone. It was strange then but trailer is just funny now seeing the mix of real F1 teams/cars with Brad Pitt. Kind of reminds me of that french prank guy Remi impersonating football players etc.
 
For all the talk of strategies etc, you still have to hand it to Lewis for running an almost flawless weekend (apart from the slight off with George when the rain hit, which Lando did as well a bit later).

When it's getting this competitive, the slightest error can cost you. Max perhaps lost the win today right from his error in qualifying, and Norris didn't help himself with the skid in the pits either, losing a few seconds.
 
Norris dobbing in the mercs when they both ran off the track in the wet and joined "unsafely" after. Then again there was quali (I think) where he complained about Lewis swerving to the right to get ready to start a lap, which even Zak said live on air that nothing will come of it.
Have to wonder about the mentality of Lando. He seems very negative and moans a lot about things he can't even control. Seems often annoyed in his responses to his race engineer.
I think he needs a firm hand in terms of management, and the team deciding thing like the medium tyres for him. Oscar seems more cool under pressure and is clear, quick and calm with responses. i.e. "yes, yes, medium is best tyre".

I dont think Norris telling tales is a problem as everyone does that to "engineer" penalties where possible. I think it was Mr Wheatley from RB who seems to have pioneered the exchange of banter on "bad driving" just to get penalties. Norris is no worse than anyone else there

But have to agree Piastri is just wonderful to listen to on radio. No nonsense and totally cool.
 
Overall happy for Lewis to win. Although was hoping for piastri. Glad norris didn't win as it was his mistake to go soft

Unoucky for George but don't think he'd have won.


Perez needs to go and I think Yuki derseves a shot for rest of the season. If he does well. Keep him. If not don't. No one can be worse than perez at the moment. Unfortunately that's not an exaggeration
