Brilliant from Leclerc and brilliant from Ferrari, fantastic.

McLaren only have themselves to blame but until Norris figures out how important lap 1 is, he won’t be winning this WDC. Really mature drive from Max too, that Red Bull on fresh mediums being slower than the Merc on used hards really does just show that it is not a fast car currently.

Best thing Max has going his way is that the other teams trading wins means he can finish in the right places each race and still claim the title, a bit like Button did back in 2009 once everyone caught up with Brawn.

Total gift by McLaren threw away a guaranteed 1;2.

It doesn't make sense to not have swapped Piastri and Lando around, Lando does have the better chance to catch Verstappen.
