I am not saying that a driver shouldnt try to overtake there. No. What i said is that knowing how Max drives at those corners, it would be foolish to try an overtake there with him as we all know what the outcome usually is.
lolwut

Now that's some contradictory logic right there.

B - thats your words....how nutty is that!

Overtaking other drivers at such a corner is usually quite normal....overtaking Max at these corners the outcome can be very messy!

Please read post properly first old chap
Which is exactly what I said in post #717 was a ridiculous argument, which you then decided was not what you originally said, now you claim you meant something else?!

I have been on this forum for far too long and this is genuinely one of the most bizarre exchanges I have ever had.. :D Congrats!

I wondered what all the posts were so unhid them….yup, now I remember why Koolpc is on my ignore list :D

He been drinkin that koolaid :D

From what I have seen over various social media over this, it seems the vast majority are in agreement over the penalties and the fact that this kind of racing should not continue. Hopefully something can be worked out in the rules to make it fair for everyone involved, to allow for some clean, close and entertaining racing.

OK, so enlighten me (again!)

What point are you trying to make?

I am saying that treating one driver differently to everyone else, because they will take you out/break the rules is a ridiculous position that the sport made a great step to correcting in the last race.

What is you position? Because right now it is seemingly as consitent as Rosberg's steering wheel at Mirabeau late on a Saturday.

I actually think Max could be a great, but sadly his behaviour and team conduct has tarred his early legacy for me.

Well, thats an opinion. Some like his driving style.
I love his driving, he's exceptionally fast. And I think he's a funny guy at times. He's just got away with so much over the past few years (grey areas of the rules aside) and RBR management coach him in a certain way. The issue is his race craft when under pressure, it's been going on for years.

So basically everyone should only attempt to over take Max on the straights because he can't follow race rules ? So basically gets an advantage

Here's something others should try if he can't follow race rules he gets punished? Maybe that will make him stop it Seems fair

I agree with that statement.
