The Red Bull livery thing sounds more like they're trying to save some money to me. I wonder how far away from the cost cap they are.

In full https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/...ore-livery-with-nod-to.5H65SnudCCJg78iLY64iuwMcLaren looks rubbish compared to what it's supposed to emulate, as opposed to their Senna inspired one for Monaco.
It's incredible how Max and his car have become so ordinary over the last few months, after being such a dominant combo since the '22 regs came in.

Ever since newey said he was off they been terrible , but maybe just coincidence.
It's about time we moved on from this debate, as we've discussed it to death, and actually kept to to talking about this weekend's race. If someone wishes to start a thread on the 'Newey leaving Red Bull effect' in motorsport off topic then fine. There's a whole team behind the car, not just Newey (who was essentially part time anyway). I'm not sure it all hinges on him, but the instability behind the scenes from him and Horner seems to be showing on track now
They could easily clean up after Singapore. They seem to have swapped with Ferrari out of nowhere and I'm sure it could go the other way again.
I'm really enjoying seeing the teams battle it out. We've got three teams that could win any of the remaining races which is a great improvement for the sport keeping my attention!

It doesn’t feel like it’s just down to other teams catching them, the swing has been too quick and too fast. They’ve also either ruined their car taking a wrong path(like Merc previously) or have had to change something and now have to regain performance. It's incredible how Max and his car have become so ordinary over the last few months, after being such a dominant combo since the '22 regs came in.

I agree about the team but just seems weird as the performance has dropped off all of a sudden.
Newey is the mastermind behind it all, he’s won everywhere he’s been it’s why Aston Martin are paying him the big bucks…
Is Alonso staying with Aston Martin? It would be nice to see him on the podium again.
