**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

I couldn't get anything to perform with 3d clocks, not even stock clocks with the GPUZ render test, as soon as I opened it, it would crash and burn.

Thankfully everything is 'normal' again on 12.9 beta.

Is there anyway to volt mod the 690 yet? Tried googling but nothing concrete

@kaap. I'm away in Norway for a few days but ill let you know when I get back

@JD

Have to ask- What volts are you pushing? :D

I don't think you want to know :D. 1.43v but benchmarking only and heat is a major problem. 79-80'C with fan on 100%. I've hit 1437Mhz but this was with extra volts and as I'm already hitting high temps @ 100% so I'm going to back off. I think I've rushed it a bit and can get high clocks at slightly lower voltages but I've taken all this in in one day and applied it so fine tuning will come as the days go by. These are never near 24/7 clocks and I don't think I'd run anywhere near these even on water. All just for the fun of pushing them I suppose.

lol. it is the first time I have been brave enough to do the over volting and it does that to me...bad day is seriously a bad day :(

I'm sorry to hear that Gregster. Are you using Artmoney?.

Never say die :D. Sadly I'll be demoted to be your cheerleader at the point you get water :(. Give her another run @ +175 and test fate!. I'm glad they don't clock down 70'C as the 3DMark11 tests are short. How have your max temps been?.

Just upped the memory clocks from the last run. I'm going to switch to that driver now and go for some more. I've taken your advice on temps and backed off from reaching stupid goals until I have the proper cooling solution. 1424Mhz I think is as high I'll go for suicide runs only until water hits them.

and that is as far as I am prepared to go without being under water.

Temps were reaching 85C and crashed a couple of times...I opened the door to let the cold in to try and help :)

haha Well done one Gregster that is an amazing score. I hear you about opening doors and such lol. I had my window open earlier :D. Is that at 100% fan speed?.

:DBANSAI never mind suicide run:D

Impressive apart from you didn't run @ 5Ghz:p

Whaaat?. More to come from Gregster?. :eek: <--WhyScotty maybe soon :D.

@JD

Brave man with balls :D

Shucks, why thank you. (or it might have something to do with the freezing cold weather in Scotland and me sitting in the garden with thermal underwear and 3 layers of clothes). My windows are open when benching though lol. Probably only helps 1-2'C.

Thanks Neil :)

Twice I bombed out at 5GHZ on the CPU test and again at 4.85GHZ. I need to do some tweaking and turn my pump up to full for the 5GHZ tests. Temps would be too high is my guess but Happy to take the GFX crown back :)

JD, I don't think I will be testing on a single card as it is a PITA taking the other card out (adds stability this way). My next push will be when the cards eventually get the water blocks. What was your Value on art money? I tried several from 190 (crazy temps) and my succesful run was 165 (still hit 85C on one of my cards.

Edit: I may cheat and buy a crappy 5400rpm drive and load 3Dmark11 onto that, as this will give the GPUs chance to cool down in between loading :D Having it on a SSD is doing me no favours lol

And Thankyou for the compliment :)

You do know you can turn one of your cards off by the switches on your mobo?
