I'm out of ideas now im afraid. Time to test each card individually and see if you can find an error.

I have reseated the cards.
Im going to test each card in both slots to see if the other PCI-e slot is faulty.

Ok so far.
Testing in top slot.
Card 1 Locked up tired both sets of PSU leads/connections.
Card 2 on first test gave this error.

1.112mv is not default voltage, 1.25v is.

Ok card 2
Left VDDC as iturbo says when its going its showing 1250mv.
I tried to play BF4 and I get DX error.

Ok Card 2 in slot 2 PCI3 x4 ran heaven and played a bit of BF4. No problems besides it seem a bit hot think it hit 80c.

Strange thing tho. mv was not allways 1250mv some times 1125mv, core was also some time 850 and not 925.
But both ran in slot 2.

Sounds like the card is throttling if the core clock is jumping around.

(Im using Bios 2 Still)
I thought about reflashing my Boards Bios. I was using F12j, I flash with F12j modded. Plugged both cards in.
Heaven ran, loaded up BF4. It loaded and I was playing for about 10 mins. It was like it paused for a sec or 2 about every couple of mins. Then it crashed with a white screen and DX error. I could not read the error as I could not get the white BF4 crash screen to go.
But pleas tell me this is good. lol

Ok, noticed something weird.
I've been using LtMatt's bios (1.175 voltage with slightly aggressive fans). I decided this was too loud for my liking so 'borrowed' the settings and created my own fan profile, then flashed this bios onto the card.
The strange thing is the card now runs a lot cooler??? Playing sleeping dogs the card peaked at about 62, but the fans only reached 39%. On the other bios I was getting temps up to 70 with fans on ~70%
Do the fans draw more power when on high, and this could then contribute to heat? That would seem counter-productive.
