Ok so IC Diamond is installed , load temps definately lower. But will keep an eye on it for an hour or two.
Moved it right to the edge so it clears the memory, it is being held on by 1 side with all 4 screws in but totally stable!

not a lot in it really m8 slighty better cpu cause i upped fsb a tad, but no masses tbf good going m8
Not bad for £570 all in
Got a few tweaks to go over the coming weeks, bet I can get it a little better but for what it took me to get here...about 30min in total not bad results
Edit - also wonder if running Vista will effect any of my scores??

so this is m8 at 4.9 GinG say settings as you from your screen shots at 1.440v and maybe win7 does make a difference

I'll give you a 4.8GHZ 4670k result.
That i5 on cinebench is a dual core with HT at 1.7GHZ lol.
Cinebench multi-threaded should be higher on an FX83 though.

LOL I know the feeling pal - they are always 'cold'
Windows 8 handles more cores better than 7, but it won't be massive. I expect Vista will be quite a bit behind though.
It's fine if you ignore Metro and just use the desktop - basically identical to 7.
