Just spoken to zavvi and been told they had a problem with their suppliers which ultimately resulted in the order being cancelled.

Just heard the postie at the door, wandered through not expecting anything but the usual bills and junk and there was a flat brown pack on the floor.

That well known high street retailer sent it out yesterday after I posted here about ordering and it arrived today!!.

It appears the UK version is shipping pre-patched to v1.01 beta, and there is no way yet to get it to 1.01 final (as the patch is for the german version). Hopefully wont be too long til they release 1.02 for everyone

If they'd warned everyone last week, I wouldn't have had too much of an issue... the fact they didn't even contact us really annoys me though.

Yes, it would be great to have the game now but looking forward to when pacthes are released etc and if I need to reinstall etc, I would prefer to have STEAM. Personal preference really.
