i'm guessing you're talking about the EA store.

If you are then it takes a couple of mins (maybe more) for things to go through the system. You should get a second email shortly saying you can now download it. It may also take longer if you used paypal or clickbuy (or whatever its called!).

Just done it via credit card, funny thing is the first email says its ready to preload but ive checked in ea dload manager and its not showed up there either.

I paid via PayPal, and like Gerard it only showed my unlockable bonus content key. 20 minutes later and my email confirmation + game unlock key just arrived! Luckily I already had the ISO so just re-installing to add the key

I seem to be having "issues" with the EA download manager, I was getting ~5MBps (50Meg cable), got about 5/6ths of the way through the download, and now the download servers seem to have gone belly up
