I can't really tell if people are actually cheating as I'm pretty new to it...

I managed to get 42/20 on Quary whilst playing Sabotage. It went to Overtime so i used my 2 care packages...not very good - Predator and Ammo - but as i was capturing my Predator...another guy's care package dropped on my head and killed me.

I've always disliked the SCAR for it's Mag size/loong reload, but it's my new favorite Semi Stealth class weapon on Extended Mags. Even without stopping power it's pretty easy to get double kills and unlike the TAR you can hear a bit more of what's going on around you.
Watch the killcam and if you still find it odd you can ask for an opinion on here.
Some players use even the basic radar (plus sound) to the max. Once a UAV is up even more so.

i've got over 1000 kills with the SCAR but i just find it frustrating.
Never seems to fire fast enough and leaves me shooting at people first, but them killing me first. Silencer seemed to make it worse, needing a whole clip to take somebody down at Assault rilfe range.

SCAR-H bullet damage is good though it puts it just in front of the M4A1 & ACR up close and well ahead at distance. On Extended Mags it can do over 3 seconds continuous fire.
TAR-21, AK-47 are the only Assault Rifles you really want to suppress without stopping power imo. Possibly the F2000 if you can get the bullets to land. Damage per minute close-far in brackets & per second close-far after that.

ACR (22110-14740) 368.5-245.6
F2000 (27000-18000) 450-300
