Soldato
i have had 5 hours of this game.
i think the game play is better than black ops, but they are very similar.
the weapons do not do as much damage as mw2. the maps are big. i think they should have included some of the classics maps from mw2.
i can honestly say that i have not been killed by a tube, maybe because the damage impact is low and you can scavenge them.
i have uninstalled mw2 and black ops and will continue to rank up on mw3.
gonna take a while to learn the maps.
Only level I'd genuinely like to see in any new COD game from the previous ones is skidrow from MW2 as that was insanely well made and I never got bored of it. One of the few maps that actually promoted teamwork via camping Theres a little building with 2 floors, with the ground one facing down an alleyway with a window at the end of it and the upstairs covering the courtyard and middle passage. Me and my dad use to routinely set up our camping tents in there and get some ludicrusly high scores due communicating properly over voicecoms. As soon as the other team mates realised, they also joined in at various places in the same area
Never got tubed on BLOPs to be honest and put in a good 180 hours or so into it on multiplayer so tubing died out last year. MW2 was a tube fest sadly, although not to the extent BC2 introduced with the "gustav" launcher, which use to really boil my blood.
I'm in too minds to pick this up or not at the moment. It's really tempting as I enjoy the previous games and sunk a few hundred hours into MW2 and BLOPS, which kinda negates the price of the games when you look at how much enjoyment I got from them.
The massive thing that puts me off is the fact I'll have to get DLC down the line to continue playing the multiplayer properly, as the map rotation on both MW2 and BLOPS favoured the newer levels and kicked none DLC owning players, which was seriously annoying -.-
