The only place you can get the demo tonight is if you pre-order crysis on the ea site, then you get the demo tonight if not you have to wait till tomorrow.

Crysis is what it is. The hype about the game was never for an amazing SP story line or anything like that. Crysis is right now only known for its amazing graphics and the biggest sandbox game ever created. I hope the SP is good because i hated the MP beta so much.

A friend of mine over the pond was playing the demo. He's got a pretty cool rig but sadly he said he played it for 15 mins and uninstalled it. In a nutshell he said it sucked! and can't see the game even being slightly fixed for the release. He offered me the key to see for myself. He's uploading the demo to me now.

I got the demo runnig okish at very high except for the two shadow boxes which are on medium @ 2560x1600 no aa. I get 28-48ish fps runs preety smooth. The game is excellent (performance aside) well not done much in the demo just messing with settings. But the jungle fights are excellent.

The multiplayer is a beta, the demo is a fair representative of what the retail game will be like.
