Thread is full of spoilers. Hence the reason I completed the game before reading through it constantly.
As a courtesy you should still at least put a spoiler tag before it. Play nice.

Three hub areas were cut off??? WOW This would have been a REALLY long game if thats the case!
Don't think there's much replayability in it.
Can't believe that some of that won't appear as paid DLC before too long.
Next play through, I'm killing everyone.
It depends how far it got, it sounds like it was purely at the concept stage. It's fairly normal for stuff to be planned that then gets cut (like the moon base from Deus Ex 1) I love the little easter eggs regarding the moon base
No idea what the hidden ones are, i only have 4 listed but I'm missing 14 altogether.
SPOILER
You know I didn't actually consider that... surely given that its a boss fight it won't be classed as a kill?
I must have missed something, or i'm not thinking today, because i don't know what either of you are talking about?

How did you fight the last boss?
*spoilers obviously...*
You can open the pods manually (six of them I think), and tranq the occupants. Taking out the turrets first will make things a lot easier (8 shots from the plasma rifle should do it).
I think this is necessary to complete the game with pacifist, as any other way of doing it involves killing the women in the pods(?).
