One of my ex missis was called Dee, probably many other blokes have known various Dee's too, which one of us in particular are you making this comparison with?:confused::p
 
I have pre ordered this game without looking much at the actual game footage etc, infact i know very little about it. The only reason I have pre ordered it is purely because Deus ex was awesome. I hope I wont be dissapointed
 
yeah take downs are laughably bad and thats never going to be fixed cause it would be too hard for the numpties.

deus ex was littered with completely obscure collections of chest high,crates walls and desks.


heck chest high things are a core component of deus ex.

Aug edition seems to be very rare... most places don't even seem to have it anymore.

It just doesn't seem worth an extra £10 for it. £25 for the regular edition is fine but £35 doesn't seem worth it.

I paid £25 for the Aug edition. I think you're right though, it seems like it's been very popular and as such, many places are sold out already.
 
Price seems to be all over the place. Seems many places originally had the Aug Edition at £25-30 but they all seem to have vanished. Rainforest I think had it at £25 and now its somewhere between unavailable and £35. Shopto is £25/35 too.

I might just go for the normal edition.

Not really, my friend who had never played it before got bored on the first level, and he's a pretty hardcore PC gamer.

It might have been amazing at the time, but today maybe not as good, just like I think Half Life 2 is the best game ever, when in fact it may not be, I just remember it being the pinnacle of gaming at the time.
 
limited edition is certainly worth the extra 3-5 pound on standard edition.

Yo get extra mission+guns.

Aug edition just gives you stuff like artwork, comic etc...not worht it for me.

Ill go for limited edition.
 
I just went for Steam for ease and the fact it'll be ready Friday morning i.e. beating the post man.
