Official DFI NF4Ultra-D/SLi owners thread.

All retail boards are the same hardware wise. The only difference is the bios.
From what i've seen quite a few people with the SLI-DR have revision a01. But the Ultra people tend to have a02.

right finally got all mine setup nicely, (rev.a02) only problem though, i cant use dimm4 (XP120) so untill i get a mach2 im stuck in dimm 1+3 is there any way to get the message about putting ram in 2+4 to go away, its ******* annoying lol (its on bootup post screen)

Concorde is that a dual 6800Ultra setup you have?

Im at 225x11 lol with 3V mem and 1.525V Vcore..

dammit i want TCCD so I can do 300 FSB and 2.6GHz :/

right, my stupidity has been undone :) one hell of a tight fit but i got it in there eventually (split if id of had to put it in before my cooler there would have been no hope lol, due to the way its mounted i wouldnt be able to get the heatsink on with the ram there)

cheers for all the help lads, tis a truly great motherboard when running properly :)

........ now ive just got to fix my chair

he hasn't, he's just put "SLI" in his sig because he has an SLI motherboard and an SLI capable card.. rather ambiguous there though i'll admit :p

For the first time in 2 years Amtrak have delivered the board on the day it was meant to arrive, should have another late night getting this all setup :D

Really? They're a bit more reliable than that for me...

I guess the van must just get stuck in all the small streets, behind the sea of Japanese tourists, round your end.

This is the eigth delivery I've had from them, 1 was stolen and they never told me until I rang up after a few days, 2 have been a day late, the rest have been 2 or more days late.

All is forgiven though, my new board is here :D

Hi,

Put 2.8V through two sticks of Corsair XMS4400C25 and still no joy....fails on bootup of windows. Should I place more volts through them?

I've updated the bios, etc. Whereabouts if the revision no. on the mobo?

Cheers

Doh, can't see the sticker now that i've installed the mobo in the case :p

Still, anyone still having problems with two sticks of memory after the updated bios? I'll have a look over at dfistreet, etc.

Cheers
