Yeah, clockgen will only let you use 1.45v max (this is STARTUP setting, not actual), so use a startup of say 1.2v and the +123%(or whatever value you want).

I have tried this and it works.

ahh cool mate, will do that on next reboot.this OCCT test is a fussy bugger.had to drop back on clocks to pass but now after doing so last night and today(the joys of a wekk off work ;) ) im able to get higher stable o/c with it.do you use this to check stability?its much fussier than prime95, i never thought that possible.

DO I use it ? who do you thinks been pimping it all thread ;)

Which bios are people using on this board? I've just tried 510-3 but I can't boot. Going back to 414-3... Which do you find works best? (I'm using Corsair TCCD RAM)

You ALL should be using a combination of S&M and OCCT, I have already gone over this in previous posts.

One is not better then the other as such, they both will test in a slightly different way. SnM does have the ability to show what part of where failed, but OCCT is far more twitchy about settings.

510 versions have some problems with SATA drives.

For TCCD you should running 414-1 or 510-1 anyway
BH/UTT is 414-2/510-2
and the general would be 414-3/510-3 ( these are the version that get official releae based on)

Ahh, i read somewhere -3 was best for tccd rams. I'll give 414-1 a try and see if I can get anymore out my RAM!

Does it make much of a difference if you flash in windows with the nvidia utility or is it best to do it with the floppy and that awdflash utility thing??

Things can only get better.......

well this SD is definitely improving with burn-in. couldnt get OCCT stable yesterday with
2.85GHz at this voltage.

maybe but me an concorde were comparing o/c in here.still relevant as its on the dfi mobo. :p

edit:should add the fact its cooler today means nothing to my o/cs as the mrs just puts the heating on higher so ambient remains constant in here.
now if my pc was mounted outside the house you might have had a point. :p

nah definitely a 120.2 matey still better performance and when the fans are low one is as quiet as two or vice versa unless you stick your ears inside the case.

what case have you got btw?
ricco should these posts be in the watercooling threads?:p

Ah this thread is long gone lol, ricco is doing a great job keeping the first page sorted so we just keep him up-to date ;)

Hmm, the PA160 was tested, however I want a 120.2, do the burbs fit on the top or end :S

AH the ironies. :)

Ah this is just taking the Pi**, 262x11=2882mhz super Pi is solid.

286x10, 100 passes memtest test 5 and super Pi doesn't even do 1 pass.

Im really annoyed now :( Some excellent TCCD doesnt work, however, I will try looser timings after 2.88Ghz 32mb Pi has passed.

Concorde <-- sad.
