FlyVPN doing its thing!

Looks like its going to take a while though :(

Also got an email from Game about delivering my Collectors Edition, arriving tormorrow...well thats no flipping good is it, the 13th starts tonight at midnight, not tomorrow at whatever time the courier turns up damnit!
£22 quid well spent on a digital copy ;)

I guess that means one lucky random forum member will be getting my spare Doom key! Keep your eyes peeled on the Giveaway section from tomorrow onwards! :)

Keep pushing R to reload out of habit and it keeps changing mods :D

I was doing that as well, clicked the middle mouse wheel, lobbed a grenade unexpectedly and near blew myself up.

Currently trying to find the vega control station running around like a headless chicken.

first impressions from me.

performance is fantastic once thru the first 2 mins of the game, for some reason this segment nets me 50-60fps

turning off motion blur gained me 20-30fps I hate motion blur. good usage on both cards [980ti SLI] and fps sits around 130+

the game looks epic.

very fast paced when your fighting and this is also a downside as your charging all over the place trying to kill everything and ripping deamons heads off left and right and not looking at the beautiful environment, essentially meaning kill everything then look around

am on "hurt me plenty" difficulty and its a bit to easy will have to try ultra violence

weapon modifiers are good and change the way you fight for example a grenade launcher for the shotgun. so far have the pistol the pump shotgun, plasma rifle and chainsaw [chainsaw is great fun]

couple of bad points to add.

things such as dead body's hanging from the ceiling you just walk straight thru them, no interaction at all

if there are enemys on the screen and they are shouting/screaming jumping around changes the sound that they make almost like it plays a different sound file, so you can almost re mix the monster sounds by bunny hopping if theres lots of them on screen

No idea what FPS it actually is but it's smooth with no noticeable dipping.

If you got to the advanced graphic options there is a show performance metrics tab, running everything on ultra with a 980 and its buttery smooth, have yet to see it dip below 60fps, really looking forward to the Vulkan patch.

Just about to finish my download, can someone kindly tell me which country I need to take my PC too in order to unlock please ? :p

Ahh thanks, just occasionally wondering about and in a fire fight it drops to around 60, not seen it go below. Highest was around 90.
