every game ive played with techies in, which is ever game in the last 24 hours has turned into which ever team has him just turtling at t3 with bombs at top of all steps.

DOTA is ruined!
 
All Hero Challenge going well so far... Meepo, Shadow Shaman and Templar Assassin out of the way in 1 game each. TA is ridiculously strong, I've never played her before but went 17/6/16 making loads of mistakes. Just one of those solid "stand and right click" snowball heroes like Viper.
 
I like the deathmatch mode, it's a bit gimmicky but it's fun.

Item building is a PITA though. Tend to just go core items like treads, wand, Drums, Mek which won't hurt any hero then whack a Dagon in there for kicks :D

Just realised what the 4 other upcoming release heroes are; Oracle, Arc Warden, Pit Lord and Winter Wyvern. No release dats but it's confirmed they see the next 4 before they develop any "new" heroes.

I hear oracle is the one to look out for most there, i never played or even seen dota 1, but apparently his skills are somewhat OP.
 
The second OcUK (and friends) 10 man in house Sunday 7th starts 8pm till late

Same as last time, I know we have a lot if regulars and shed loads of interest last time so it will simply be first come, first served. All are welcome all ability levels etc so better playrs don't complain about potentially supporting newer players and newer players don't complain if an experienced player is stomping your face in lane :p. Priority will be given to those who turn up first, late then you aren't guaranteed a spot.

Will be balanced teams (let dota decide the balance) so no unfair stacks and we will be playing single/random draft.

For newer players who have never payed a lobby game before add me as a friend, when you log in select the lobby option on the left of the play screen and it should show you lobbies hosted by friends. When I say ocuk and friends priority will he given to ocukers and we'll use others to make up numbers if needed.

Yeah I'm not playing dota for a while, don't want to play against techies and I'm home from university and only have a laptop that manages 20fps on lowest settings and half they keyboard doesn't work.
 
Just played my first game against him, won luckily, but i don't think ive got that angry at dota in a while....randomly minding your own business, waddle up to the secret shop to pickup mana boots and bam, explode at the top of the steps FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
 
Insanely stressful solo ranked :| a razor on 3600hp and a tide on 4100hp hiding behind me constantly...a CM with 1600hp, and the razor had to say "I'm not a tank" WTF!

On the brightside, ive now won the last 8 solo ranked games in a row :)
 
I played one game of techies and did really well however his usefullness curves off really fast and he is really easy to stop from being usefull if your team plays smart with wards and vision.
 
Just had one of the hardest games I've had in a while, spending my whole time trying to convince my team that necro is not a support. Ended up 19/9/16 after getting abuse the whole game.

"gg report necro unskill"... rest of my team had 13, 13, 17 and 13 deaths.
