Seems a little underwhelming in a few areas from watching that IGN review. I get that this isn't supposed to be a stunning showcase of graphics but they are quite shockingly bad compared to something like the Witcher 3.

The Bethesda RPGs have never been known for their graphics so I was never expecting anything great. They are still pretty awful all things considered. There is no reason why they can't do both. Bethesda are a huge studio with a massive budget and a guaranteed huge fanbase that will buy their game.
