Opinions? Reviews paint it as more like Fallout 3 : Boston than a great step forward....reluctant to pay through the nose at launch if that's the case.

Have they sorted out the engine or does it still feel like you're a paraplegic puppet-master?

I asked the same question a while ago, simple answer is no. Each story is separate although I did a hour or so on the Fallout wikia for some background info.
