Done some digging and found the game was limited to 30 fps by default. I changed iPresentInterval=1, to iPresentInterval=0 in the fallout4pref.ini and thank god it sorted the framerate issue for me. Running at 100+ fps now
Bad move. You'll encounter all sorts of bugs with bethesda games at high FPS. Leave iPresentInterval at 0, but enable VSync via your driver CP to cap the FPS at 60.

I disabled it immediately and have yet to encounter and bugs relating to it
I just played all of 5 minutes before the motion sickness made it impossible to continue :/
I've already increased fov and disabled mouse acceleration so I guess I'll wait to see what other tweaks become available in the next few days.
I had to set the fov to 100, I was still getting motion sickness at 90.
Not even with a terminal? It's the terminals that bug out due to FPS. Should be okay at around 100-110FPS.
9 because it crashes to desktop every hour or so - therefore I'm saving like anything.
I had to work today, so came home about 7 to play on the 2xTX PC in the sig. A couple of tweaks required (NCP fix for SLI and the iPresentInterval fix) although it ran nice on one card.
It's brilliant so far! Graphics are great (on ultra anyway) and it works great SLI on a Swift. Pip boy app works on my iPad.
9/10.

TX temps are great (65/60).
Worth every penny - £50 odd is a ticket for 3 to the cinema!
