I found a comic book that gave me +5% damage with alien blasters, but not found the actual aliens or the weapon yet.

Wrong, Nexus Mod Manager has been updated and are now supporting Fallout 4. Gopher has done a wideo about it already. But Mod Organizer wont recognize Fallout 4 due to it being a 64bit game though, which as explained further up is in the process of being rewritten.

thats strange when I get NMM to scan my games it not bringing up fallout 4 ?

Ive installed quite a few mods but the reshade one I want dosnt seem to work. The white writing appears when I boot up the game but there is no toggle switch. Shame as I really want that one

Can I just check I read the guide on the previous page and it talks about Reshade... I also notice in the screenshots amongst the other Reshade settings a lot of things are tagged as "SweetFX" - is Reshade the general means for applying SweetFX stuff or is it just something additional? I'm very tempted to apply the sharpening as I've felt the game feels too blurry with the TAA since I first started it and it'd be good to sort that out

ReShade Framework puts everything in an nice ui, it's straight forward and it works. Apply it and in game press scroll lock to switch between SweetFX and the default TAA to see how awful the TAA IQ is.

I dont think I get it either bud. Do you need to install SFX as well?

Reshade does it all on its own.

Made my game look 100x better with no performance hit that I've noticed

Sharpened image with Reshade is excellent.. Game looks a hundred times better. Just using it to sharpen the image is perfect as everything else the game does in terms of lighting etc is spot on. Most sweetfx profiles go OTT with changing too much.

Not sure about darker nights yet. I think they look slightly better but it messes with the lighting a little too much imo.

The lowered weapons mod is good

The weapons seller at Diamond city always has a few for me (every time he refreshes his inventory anyway), topped up with my weapon seller at Sanctuary.

Plus I keep doing a run of Super Mart, Lexington and the factory just south everytime they're all refreshed. All the ammo boxes and bags keep everything nice and high (plus that bloody raider with the fatman in Lexington finally spawned as a legendary and I got an awesome fatman off him)
