CPU specifications are almost always overblown. Especially when they list something like a 2500k and an 8350 in the same line. Yea, one of those is not in the same ballpark.
Not to say that a high end recommended CPU wont gain a benefit from it, but as always, the problem with minimum and recommended specs is that they never clarify what they mean by it.
Cuz I know damn well you can run some of these games with below-minimum specs, but of course you'll be turning down settings and resolution and whatnot. Seems like it's starting to basically mean 'console graphics/performance', but it's silly because some PC users dont necessarily even need that.
And what does recommended mean now? It used to generally mean like 1080p/high settings/40-45fps or so. But Battlefront's recommended specifications will almost get you 1440p/high settings/60fps. And looking at Fallout 4's, I'd guess it would at least mean 1080p/high/60fps.
