Aren't the minimum specs also 8gb? I think you'll have issues personally.

Windows 8.1, honestly it's not been an issue before... still get decent frame rates on most games without having to compromise on quality. It's been on the radar for an upgrade for a few months but I've been putting it off but don't think I can now... I must play this game lol.

FO3 seems to crash constantly with that resolution, while New Vegas is okay(ish) with a tweak.

I have FO3 running fine at that res - only issue I get is alt-tab causes the game to become unresponsive and I have to use task manager or alt-f4 to kill it :(

Do you use anything in particular? Not played this one in years! Be awesome to give it a whirl before I get in to FO4.
 
Received an email from game today telling me that they will be taking payment for my pip-boy edition on Monday 2nd Nov.

Can't wait!
 
Who has the best pre-order key price atm?

So far the best I've seen is cdkeys @ £27.99 but it's North American region.

Will this cause any issues?

It was a few months ago, but pretty sure I just followed the NV instructions here:

If I get a chance to get on the PC later I can post the contents of my Fallout.ini/FalloutPrefs.ini if you want?

I have got quite a few graphics mods installed as well though (although they probably make it less stable, not more! :p)
