Yes, has been stated time and time again this is the case.
... and the building system, at least for me personally, is surprising easy to use and not that finicky? Press button, choose object, rotate/etc., place. Haven't really delved deep into all the potential possibilities just yet, but for creating a simple base of operations with four walls, was pretty easy overall.

You can use anything in that workbench on any crafting table in that particular settlement until you get the charisma perk which lets your trade between settlements I think.

Just got into the vault and the graphics look good imo, better than FO3 for sure.

Think I found out why the Gamma looks off in places it uses a new Bethesda system called "•Gamma Correct Physically Based Shading"
Which is supposed to alter certain scenes on the fly (I do not think its working properly as the weather systems are all over the place it goes from strong fog to bright sunlight then night & rain in a few moments in places. Crazy weather even for post nuclear

I've not noticed any problems with the game yet. Colours look lovely and bright. Do you have to adjust the gamma in most games you play to get it looking right? Since fallout doesn't have a gamma slider you are totally reliant on your monitors default calibration which might need a tweak? Worth trying.

Good video, it's given me something to work on. But I've no idea how I was supposed to find out how to scrap buildings in that way.

Is there a way to cap the max fps to 100 in the game ini or will I need to use a program to do it?
I think I'll just avoid the building side of the game. It doesn't interest me in the slightest, seems focused on the streamers.
As long as I can dump all my crap in one location and craft weapons, I'm not fussed.
The thing I want to focus on is stealth, so need to create a suppressor asap or a sniper.
