The more coins/better players I get the worst I get at the game. I'm getting destroyed by the usual OP players
Yeah I don't think it ever makes a huge difference, but it would be nice to get some half decent rewards. I did get Chiesa (untradeable) earlier in the week.
At least I can finish WL these days in 2-3 hours total. I just play aggressively and quit if the opponent is a pain. Normally get Rank 2 or at worst 3.
Using this at the moment (Chiesa/Hakimi/Theo/Insigne untradeable). I upgraded Marquinhos just because I had spare coins and thought why not. 41212 narrow.
Di Natale is amazing at times.
Also got nothing yet again best player Ziyech crazy really for elite upgrade rewards. I remember moaning the other year about getting nothing then got TOTY Mbappe so hope similar comes. It’ll just about make up for months of dross.

Are free wins still a thing in Champs? My Nephew's coming over next weekend and wants to play so I qualified for him. He's unlikely to win a single game so I thought I'd offer him £10 per win thinking it would keep him occupied for the day, just forgot about freebies.

anyone tried switching between next gen and old gen?
switched back to old gen for 4-5 games on rivals. Every game felt zippy, players like messi turned like lightning in ALL games.
Then switched back to new gen, each game felt different speedwise and responsiveness on the players was up and down.

Bizarre, WL qualifying, breezed through but I got matched with this one guy 4 times in a row and he quit 4 times at the start of the match. Really should be an auto win if the opponent quits.
Had the same plan, played one and won.
Then did one of the silver objectives. Not sure I can play the rest and do WL. will probably qualify then use it next weekend
so decided to do the objectives tonight and game is now super fast, with players falling over etc….. won 5 and decided to call it a night. Crap inconsistent gameplay…..
I bet tomorrow will be sluggish
Its shocking the inconsistancy with the gameplay. I switched back to old gen version and played 5 games, everyone one lightning quick (a little too quick i'd say) but all consistent.
The problems for me is that you need to adjust to the gameplay type as certain things dont work when its slow and sluggish compared to normal. You cant dribble as well and passing needs to be more safe because of the delay.
When the gameplay goes normal your brain is still in this safe way until you have a few games and feel more safe dribbling/passing again.
When it goes super fast you then need to increase reaction times and have less time to think.....
