Depends on matchmaking, this week for example had 4 people quit on me either at 0-0 or when they equalise 
Guess it depends what division you are in rivals. Homegrown 11 is where the real sweat is! Also servers seemed to have sorted themselves out.

Just a headsup if you have crossplay enabled there are cheats active on PC, just played a guy with an average/decent team, my defenders just bounced off his striker (Adeyemi) and his midfield was a black hole. I was 7-0 down with 28 minutes gone when I realised something wasn't right.
15 wins again this WL; all I wanted was Hakimi, just dross or SBC fodder. I have (shamefully) done every weekend league since FIFA was released, I never got one meta/useable player from red picks and never got below the 51-point mark. I have 3m coins saved and just waiting for a good RW SBC.
That said, still got red 83 rated Nuno Mendes at LB
Edit: Decided to go away from wingers so have the money to spend on a CAM, could get 91 Pele, 92 Cruyff, worth it? They will be playing at CF/ST in 4321

Just turn cross play off, cheaters will always exist on PC games be it Fifa, COD etc.
Can someone explain how the FUT Champs timing works, I'm a bit confused. I don't normally care that much but I'm doing these Gordon objectives that require me to play in the FUT Champs Playoffs, I did some games that counted but then I noticed it wasn't counting them any more, because I was in the FUT Champs Finals. I get the idea that you play Rivals to qualify for FC playoffs, then in playoffs you can qualify for finals, but I have no idea when the timers get reset etc and all the numbers just look like complete nonsense like the W/L tracker seems broken etc.
I have much the same issue tbh - my understanding is that its down to games rather than timings (someone will correct me if I'm wrong I'm sure)
Essentially Rivals games are open indefinitely but then once you have the points to qualify you move on to 10 games for qualification for the weekend finals - at which point you then get 20 finals games, albeit the finals also only open at the weekend.
Or that's how I understand things anyway!

I gave it up yesterday for exactly this. Nothing I could do ended up in a goal. 20 odd shots, 1 vs 1s with RVP up front and Zidane going through and nothing. Bar and post hit a few times.
He has a rubbish freekick and Alisson saved it and fell into his net lol.

Annoyingly I've got 13 and so the best I can get is the Moments Coutinho and an 81 x 11 pack and only need 2 more for better options!

they stay in your club but are useless.
I thought last season they might do a promo at the end to use up any left overs but nothing
Yeah they are wasted but thankfully there's a few cheap SBCs you can use leftovers for costing like 2-3 tokens so you shouldn't end up with much 'change'. I've noticed this Future Stars tokens are harder to come by than some other tokens, like the World Cup thing I got loads of tokens so was able to get all the big fodder packs, for some reason I don't seem to be getting many for Future Stars.
Annoying FUT champs game last night, winning 6-4 after 82mins and on the attack, game freezes up, normally it unfreezes after a second or two but it stayed frozen and then got disconnected. It's bad enough that counts as an L but it even has the cheek to chastise me and say my coins modifier might get changed if I disconnect too much.
This was doubly annoying because I got 2 wins out of 3 needed for the Gordon objective, So now I have to play all through qualification again to get another chance at getting that third win.

11x81 is seriously bad luck. I mean that must be a max 5% chance or something. As a rule of thumb I'd say any pack that is 5+ cards of a given rating plus, I'd expect to almost certainly get at least one card above that raiting, to get 11 of bottom rating is kind of unprecedented. I did the same pack and didn't get anything special but at least an 84 I think.
I got Mbappe out of that some how.
Champs is much better this year for sure in terms of no stress. The gameplay for me today was absolutely spot on, everything felt like it was working as it should.
