Won the league with barnet in my second season :D
about half way up league one after around 13games :D , still got crap wages and only 4k turnout though
 
I'm really upset, I'm having fun in the MLS with Montreal Impact (its a tough league to learn and I am nearly at the point I can fix it all), but Pep Gardiola took over Bishops Stortford AND BROKE ALL MY GOOD WORK :mad:

He's selling my beast Brazilian (who's got way too many goals) to pay for some trumped up pace merchant... :(

Well I have realised it's been about 4 hours of doing not a lot as the MLS draft stuff is the most fun thing in FM!!! I recommend everyone gives that bit a go at least...

It's like a mini game! You get picks based on past positions in the mls, so most your squad building comes from the drafts and normal player transactions is just getting the good bits sorted.

Got my eye on one or two development kids for the next draft soon, if I get lucky and can get them in! Hopefully they all want to come play along side the worlds best midfielder I got in on a free too!

The opposition change tactics too, so if they work out a way to stop your tactics working, or where they're more effective going forward, they will adopt it, just like you would.

Sometimes tweaking your existing tactic is enough, sometimes a new philosophy is needed but sometimes a different formation is the only effective long term fix.

That said, it could just be that the moral in your squad poorer now - moral has a huge impact on performances and if you're on a downhill spiral it's hard to get out of.

has been serving me well as barnet , make sure you get the version from the very bottom of the page as that one comes with wingers

remember your team need to adapt to your tactic which can take around 10 games or so
You need to put the file in C:\Users\luke\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\tactics

the only time I change tactic is when I set it to counter attack and change the pace down vs much better teams.

Still losing money every month with them in fact :( should start making a profit soon though I've been very close for the past season


and if your teams morale sucks your suck no matter how good your tactics are

Might give up on the pentagon challenge for now :p I don't think I'm good enough at FM to do it. I keep getting sacked and now nobody wants me :(

Might start a new game in the championship or League 1 since they are always fun.
 
Yay! Finished my first season at Tottenham by winning the treble :p How I did that I have no clue, but now I have a new 4 year contract with them... Getting a bit bored though because I still can't do transfers because I have no clue what I'm doing, and they're going to expect so much next season...

Think I'm going to start a proper normal game mode career from the bottom with Boston again... :D

Only bad news is that Carlinhos (24 goqals in 28 games + 10 sub) is now injured for 3-4 weeks, and will miss the final 2 league games (I am top by only ONE point), Coppa Italia Final and Champions League Final.

Yay.
 
Can anyone work out how Daniel Marshall (3rd guy) didn't win it because i am confused what needs to be done for someone to claim top spot.
