Ive just bought this on Steam, i can download something? is that the beta? its out tomorrow right? so i thought it might be the full game?

If you've just bought it on Steam I think it's the demo you can get now. At 00:01 Friday (i.e. one minute past midnight tonight) is when the full game is available on Steam.

ok i assume thats the beta? will it auto update or will it need to redownload the whole thing, its a gig so will be nice to be a gig ahead but if its pointless i wont bother, im not gonna play the beta.

I think you've got the demo and not the beta. Both are the same apart from the demo having a limit of 6 months game time.

I would have thought there will be 'updates' to the game when its released tonight so I think there'll be a fair amount to download.

Just going to carry on with FM12 for a few months until they release the patches etc to get it running correct then will delve into '13!

Will be going to a shop near school to see if they got it. If they did and its sub 30 euros I will get it then. If no, then sod it.

I'll be paying with my free school money, thats why I'm gonna get it from there. if its over 30, then there is too much a difference between that and GMG, so I'll wait until it goes down in price on GMG.

1 minute past midnight on Friday November 2nd. So yes, in just over an hour.

Seems there's going to be quite an update for the game, including the match engine.

Looks like because I pre-ordered a boxed version of FM13, I have to wait until I get the box so I can use the code from that. Until I get the box, I'm stuck with the beta. Trying to find the email that had the beta code to see what else it says. SI Games saying some pre-orders with beta access would automatically update.
