Do we know if its a steamworks or games for windows live title yet?

I have pre-ordered from shopto, but really prefer all my games on steam.

It's not Steamworks.

Like you I prefer all my games on Steam.

I figure, I could buy it on shopto and save a few quid now, but I know as soon as it hit less than a tenner on Steam I'll snatch it up. In the long run it's cheaper for me to just go to Steam now. :p

was wondering will this be like grid were you can race with collisions of as wouldnt want to be getting smashed by cars coming the other way like some of the muppets on grid do,

Almost certainly.

we should have a OCUK f1 2010 league tbh

So up for that! Can do different leagues based on how many laps and realistic people want it to be. I wouldn't mind a qualifying + 1/2 race distance + some aids season! 1 race a week on an evening or something.

Shame it doesn't seem to suffer delamination.

Would be awesome if you pushed the flat tyre too hard and bits started flailing off it ripping your wings apart.

i7 is a bit, erm for me. I'm running a i5 on both my laptop and desktop, both my laptop and desktop has 4GB and desktop 5870 and laptop 5650, so thinking the laptop might not cut this at 1080 but should be ok at 720, desktop should be able to cope with 1080 hopefully...

Still really considering the PS3 version as well... Be well wicked to **** on the sofa with PS3 controller in hand and just enjoy a single player game in the living room using a 42" plasma.. Sounds good to me.
