Will this have achivements that go on your 360 gamercard?
Surely the G27 is superior to the G25.
It would make no sense to bring out a new model to replace an inferior model.
One thing I don't like is paying for the extra (clutch) pedal and the gear stick. Paddles behind the wheels are the fastest way of changing gear.
I have a very old streering wheel, but I think it only works on Windows XP. I may have to dual boot Win XP, so that I can use my older Logitech steering wheel.

So can you buy a hard copy of F1 2010 for pc or not?
wish people would read the thread
G27 has a few extra buttons on the wheel and shift leds on the wheel, but it doesn't have a sequential mode on the shifter like the G25 does. For my league racing in tin tops sequential shifter is a must so for me the G25 is the superior wheel.
The shifter on the G25 has 2 modes, H pattern and Sequential mode(push forward to shift down, pull back to shift up), the shifter on the G27 only has the H pattern mode. Both wheels have paddle shifters. What do you mean by sequential shifter?
Are you referring to the gear change paddles behind the steering wheel or am I missing something?
Think I paid £160 for it new from OcUK!![]()

the more i learn about this game the more it seems aparent they have left stuff out/rushed stuff in and once its done its done wether theres blatant flaws or not because they are already talking about 2011 for september next year :S
Never knew that, wierd thing to remove - love the sequential shifter in mine - feel like Im a TOCA driver

there is no difference in time taken to shift, its just some people feel more comfortable with a sequential compared to paddles, i know i am.How quick are the changes compared to the paddle's?

Well I've just been charged by the cheap place - so I guess they must be shipping imminently. Woohoo
For me its just the action - just far more reassuring...there is no difference in time taken to shift, its just some people feel more comfortable with a sequential compared to paddles, i know i am.
I like to use whatever shifting mechanism the real life cars have, so if im driving a open wheeler or LMP car that has paddles i use paddles, if im driving a GT or Touring car that has sequential i use sequential, if im driving a road car with h pattern i like to use the h pattern.
whereas i know other people who prefer to use paddles for everything.
