I tend to agree - especially the digital copies... What's stopping them unlocking it now

Retail copies will be seperate from Steam. It is not a Steamworks game. So yes, we can play tomorrow.

Reading the Steam forums is hilarious, the game was meant to unlock 25 minutes ago in the US, hasn't happened yet though. Lots of frustrated people.

Edit: Now is showing it will unlock in 3 hours. I nearly feel sorry for all the yanks, nearly.

Hard to understand the hype over this I guess you have to be an F1 fan that doesn't find the sport like watching paint dry ?

The car models and other graphics look next gen the track details look no better than something 5 years old is all I am saying.

Not impressed at all if I am honest wish they had used a new engine and not dirt 2.

I'd ony pay £15 or less for this and a hard retail copy so they have lost my business already would rather put the money towards gran turismo 5.

its not the same engine as dirt2 codemasters have there own racing game engine that they keep updating and changing with each game like unreal did with the unreal engine and valve do with the source engine etc

its not just a total conversion mod

I never really expected it to work, it has worked in the past though, obviously been fixed now. It was definetely worth a try.

Wish i had pulled the finger out and ordered on ****** in time, would be able to play tomorrow for 7 quid cheaper, instead have to wait until Friday night.
