I'm going to try and play this on my keyboard when it comes out. Do wish me luck....

Good luck.

360 joypad for me, hooked my PC up to the TV yesterday to test out Dirt 2 at 1080p with max settings .... It was glorious. Suddenly my 22" 1680x1050 monitor is tiny :( Might just carry the TV into my room come September :p or Kick my mum out of the living room.

GFWL  Booooooooooooo. So I'm guessing the multiplayer will be really limited, no dedicated servers, reliant of rubbish P2P networking etc.

Ah stuff it, would normally be a deal breaker for me, but it's been so long since I played a proper F1 game without spending days downloading mods. Guess I'll just be spending days trying to get GFWL working instead, the darn thing never works for me.

I know, but GFWL does eventually work. It worked with DiRT2 as you say its the only F1 game to come along recently without modding some existing F1 or racing game released from 2007 etc... I still play GP4 but only as I've managed to mod it to the 2007 season. 2008 onwards for GP4 is a nightmare to obtain...

So, codemasters F1 2010 will at least allow me to play the 2010 season. As someone once said, with sport games you want to play as the current season.... If codemasters pull this off, 2011 and 2012 should see an up to date F1 game each year and hopefully beyond.

"We can't let this guy hold us up any longer, pass him!" - or something similar. All good and well but the guy in sixth didn't hold the player up at any stage....

Still want!

I don't understand the time in red at the end. I like the changing of the engine though, that's a nice touch, I also thought I seen some hand movement when changing gears ... not that I'm going to be looking there but it adds to the detail lol :)

Agreed, I'm definitely losing confidence of a decent team radio.

We were told there would be pretty detailed engineer to driver radio transmissions but from the 3-4 videos featuring team radio ALL have been completely pathetic!

Different drivers seem to have the same engineer's voice, surely voice overs have been recorded by now?

Also there has not been a single realistic and useful piece of information provided.

"Great overtaking maneuver" - useless
"C'mon you've got this guy, pass him" - useless

Where are the timings, driver places, tyre condition, track conditions.

I so so hope this game is as good as it looks.
Im going to have to buy me a G25 again ! knew it was a bad idea to sell it
