so does the engineers pick the best tyres for u when u pit..ie no need to change the tyre choice in the race.
 
How does this compare to F1 2010? I really wanted to get into the career mode for 2010 but the poor AI and the fact you weren't really racing them rather put me off.

Not sure how much online I'd do but If it's decent I might. Are the online races wreckfests?

I presume not. I have yet had to pit while raining in the middle of a race, and I would pick my own tyres anyway.

Also I was on about before the race starts, HBK picked full wets while the rest of the pack stuck with inters that was set to default.
 
Moved onto my second season, but the stupid game forgot my wheel settings (and so have I) - so won't be playing for a while because at the moment I have had enough of this game and its bugs.

Play this with OcUKers and you will be OK :)

The netcode on the game is pretty bloody horrible ain't it. F1 2010 wasn't perfect, but it was miles ahead of this. 60% or so of my online games involves a 4-5 second period of incredibly severe stuttering lag, during which time I have no choice but to lift off and lose buckets of time.

Some guy did a comparison between 10 and 11 showing the difference in upload bandwith being used during online. I think 10 was 15kb/s, 11 is more like 30kb/s...
