** Official Horizon: Forbidden West Complete Edition Thread **

If the first game cripples my 1070, then I doubt this second will do it any favours. Hopefully get a new computer at Easter with DLSS so I can finally use my TV's GSYNC as well.
 
Surely Sony wouldn't launch another Horizon game on the same day as a highly anticipated potential GOTY candidate in a souls like game, would they?

Horizon 1 on pc hit steam the same day as Elden ring

Now Horizon 2 hits steam the same day as Dragons Dogma 2

You mean like GoW and TLoU2 etc Which I've not played?

My understanding was the first game was decent but janky is all so I didn't put much thingy when you mentioned GOTY. Would be delighted if it was honestly.

Also since when was HZD a walking simulator :confused: Standard waffle.

Can't wait to play this in Ultrawide on a PC but Dragons Dogma 2 will get my priority as that looks amazing.
 
Just picked this up for around £34 using the 300 cdkeys coins they gave away. Also used a Quidco £5 cashback. But not holding my breath on that one.

Happy at £34 though. Under £35 I always feel is the sweet spot :D

I did Quidco. Tracked as 52p I think. Plus shows the £5 bonus tracked also. So game will be under £30 for me if it pays out :D

He just wants to experience it in DLDSR at the same time I do.

I'd do the same tbh, can't be entering that game late to the party :p
 
Happy to pay under £35 to be honest. I paid like a tenner or something HZD and had a blast with it. Even if I don't like this as much, would still like I got my moneys worth. But I think I will enjoy it :)
 
This is excellent news, my other half will be pleased as she finished the Zero Dawn on my Steam account but we both refused to buy PS5/Xbox just to play Forbidden West.

The price seems good as well for a new AAA title!
