Seriously why do you support Man Utd? You've never got nothing positive to say about anything.

On the subject of Pique, he wanted to leave and given Rio's form the season before the summer Pique was sold and the fact that we had a better young defender in Evans no one thought it was a big deal then, yes in hindsight Pique was brilliant for Barca last season and given all our injuries we could have done with him this season but Pique wanted first team football and he wasn't going to get that ahead of Rio or Vidic (nor should he have). Yes he would have got his chances last season due to Rio's injuries but then Evans wouldn't of come through and like I said Evans > Pique
 
There's a (small) rumour that Liverpool are looking to sign Arda Turan in a swap for Babel + Cash, could possibly be why Babel has been left out of the squad, but then might be *$%& too :p

When you write something interesting enough to make me read more of your posts I might find something offensive enough to bother putting you on Ignore as well.

As it stands, Pique is twice the defender Evans will ever be, and has showed just how good he is with his league, champions league and spanish cup winning performances.
With Man U he was lucky if he got a start in the carling cup. (a slight exaggeration)

I agree in part and I disagree.

Evans is a good young player, right up there with some of the best youth in the World imo.

Pique has turned in to a brilliant player, I think it was a mistake to let him go, but are you going to stand in the way of him going to Barca?

He's done very well at Barca, but I don't know about been twice the defender Evans will ever be ;)

Tony B's reported that Babel's been left out of the squad tomorrow to make sure he doesn't get injured and block any transfer. He's also said the fee is likely to go towards an attacking player as cover for Gerrard, Benayoun and Torres.
 
Honestly don't care who we swap him for just as long as we get shot of him.

If he put half as much effort on the pitch as he does complaining off it he could've made something of himself but as it is he'll always be remembered as a lazy ****house.
 
word on the street is that Gerrard had a massive go at Pellegrino on Weds night at half time- hence the 'injury'. During the ensuing kick-off, Reina had a pop at Sammy Lee and it just deteriorated into dressing room meleé from there.

The dressing room is in self destruct and Benitez cannot rescue it by all accounts.

Not making this up as those who know me on here know who I go to the pub with :)

Babel posted on his twitter he was left out. The boy really is an absolute muppet.

Tony is a good lad and I wish him well...

A fit and healthy Gerrard that's at the top of his game would be massively missed should he be sold. The current impostor who mopes around like he couldn't give a **** about the club and yells at his teammates at the slightest mistake can **** off tbh.

And Evans showed by his performances by winning the Carling Cup & Premiership also

But hey everything and everyone at United is crap isn't it and we'd obviously be a lot better off having Pique and Tevez back at the club despite everything being crap last season as well when the latter was still around

Its amazing, you say an lot, but dont actually say anything of worth, you repeat the same jibes over and over again, but you dont actually put forward a counter argument.
Just go back through the archives of the sports arena everyone, all the way back to the beginning and see just who was supporting Ferguson through his barren period, and have a look at who was calling for his head, week in, week out.
When you have done that, you can all see just how deranged and unfounded that this constant barrage of abuse from this loser is.

Well it is, check out the threads I've posted, I criticise the side and the players ONLY when they deserve it.

I've even posted the proof!

For the past two seasons, the side has been going down hill, downhill doesnt mean "not winning anything" downhill hill means "bad football" "dull football"

United play fast flowing exciting attacking football, they surge forward with pace, the wingers take players on, the midfield gets stuck in and go charging upfield the strikers thrown themselves on to the end of crosses and take shots on.....

What has happened this season is the games are being played at a jog, there were some points today where Valencia had only a man to beat to get through on goal, and he was slowing to a jog, while the strikers jogged up up to the edge of the box, while the midfied walked up behind them...
Meanwhile the whole burnley team sprinted back and took up their defensive positions.
All the pace has gone, just think back to 2006 to the links I've posted, think about the attacking options and think about how the team was set up

Rooney, RVN/Saha Ronaldo, a 31 year old Giggs

A front 4 that was full of goals and running, didnt win much, but was great to watch.

The side has no pace, no legs, and other than Rooney not much flair going forward.
