I don't think United are as bad as atpbx makes out a lot of the time, but I always read what he has to say and agree and disagree.

I agree United have lost that pace going forward, Valencia has added real pace, Nani is quick as is Welbeck and Rooney.

I think Uniteds biggest problem is the rotation Fergie uses.
 
Problem is Welbeck and Nani are completely useless,

Hallf the problem today is that we were carrying three players in my opinion (Neville, Nani and Berbatov, latter because of his injury more than anything)

Any premiership team would struggle with 8 men (ok add 1/2 for Berba) without considering Scholes (who had a reasonable game but even so)

Not really sure why people knock VDS - think he is a pretty amazing keeper and still top notch

I do to, those who dont rate him clearly dont watch our games because if they did they'd see what a difference he makes to our team when he does play

He might not make flying saves here there and everywhere the way the likes of Reina do but the experience and composure he gives the defence makes him one of the best in the world IMO

I don't trust the bloke at all but least it restores the team confidence in him until the end of the season. (kind of..)

He wanted to stay at the bigger club clearly, Wolves, Newcastle, Sunderland and Hull didn't take his fancy!

Well, according to you he's only interested in money so I guess Leeds offered him the most money.

I've wanted Chopra over Beckford ever since we've been linked with both. Beckford has never scored outside of League 1, hardly the most appealing deal. We already have Ameobi (scoring at Championship level), Carroll (U21 international) and Ranger (U19 international), so no, I'm that bothered or bitter.

I only replied because you were having a go at Newcastle despite being in a worse league with worse players. :confused:
 
The Times are also reporting that we've made an enquirey about taking Jones on loan with Babel going the other way but Fat Head is said to not be interested. The Guardian says the same although adds that we may make a cash offer for Jones if we sell Babel before the end of the window.
