thats why they pack out a 60,000 seater stadium every week?
players like di canio, viduka, larsson, stillian petrov, lennon, lambert, etc have all played for celtic and they were/are world class. with di canio even getting the best goal ever scored award. larsson going on to play for barcelona and man utd, after the peak of his career with celtic.
celtic would trounce sheffield wedensday and a lot of other premiership teams. how many greats have played for wednesday for a prolonged period of time.
celtic also reached the uefa cup final a few years back, not exactly an easy cup to get to the final in and were cheated out of a win with the other team diving constantly.
thats also why teams like spurs have been interested in celtics players such as brown and mc geady.

Di Canio played more at Wednesday then he did at Celtic
Why do you feel the need to make this personal?
You might well beat Wednesday (its not hard) but I very much doubt you'd "trounce a lot of Premiership" clubs to be honest.
Larsson and Di Canio are the only good players in that list.
Celtic have done nothing in recent years in Europe except get knocked out. (Yes I am fully aware that you have won a European cup)

You'd have to be entirely insane to let Redknapp have free reign over signings, finances and wage dealings. The reason Pompey wanted rid of James is he's on some stupid stupid deal that means in another 9 games he'll get a massive pay increase and another year on his deal, if you remember Kanu had the same thing and thats why Portsmouth are bleeding cash left right and centre.
Those kinds of deals, cheap at first, expensive later, but you "plan" on getting rid of the players before its an issue is all well and good, till you can't sell the players and are totally screwed later on.
Considering Redknapp owes most of his success to buying in form players, riding the form then buying more inform players as their form drops, well, I think you'd be mad to have him as a manager full stop. At least someone with a tight leash will stop Spurs getting into Southampton, West Ham, Portsmouth type trouble in the future.
I still can't believe Arsenal didn't put in a bid for Begovic, 3.25mil to get a keeper whose better than anything Arsenal have, by a huge margin, someone who can save shots and has the potential to be world class(which none of ours do) for an absolute bargin of a price. Even if he turned out crap its a cheap mistake, and considering Stoke have a decent keeper, and Arsenal don't, and looking at the league positions and competitions, do we really think he'd choose Stoke over Arsenal?
Oh well, another transfer window thrown away, bargins missed, essential cover not found, another clear signal to Arshavin, Cesc, RVP that nothings changed and its time to move on.......... yippee.

To be fair, Viduka was world class, once, I mean once. Vs Liverpool. 4-3, he scored them all, all sublime finishes. One of my favourite games ever.

No they are.
Liverpool and Manchester United are the only two clubs in this country that carry that reputation.

i take it you have played at a higher level then?
it may not be on the same level as the premiership due to the money involved, but the two top teams can certainly compete within the premiership. if its so **** then why is it so hard to get into a team? if it really is that bad then surely anybody could just walk into a team and score a goal every week?
you need to be extremely good to be paid over 10K a week, im sure all these **** footballers would rather take your job

yeah, its so easy to get 4 goals against a top premiership team, i see rooney doing it every week.

yes and an arsenal player had to dive, to get the opening goal. this then changed the whole match, celtic were now chasing the game, etc.
so you think because arsenal had to cheat to win it was easy?
celtic beat man utd a few years back and also tottenham in pre season with less than half a team.

The standard of football is awful, Celtic and Rangers might be able to survive in the Premier league but none of the others would. It's not a strong league.
the standard of football is awful, yet you could never ever compete with them, what does that tell you? im not making it personal, you obviously dont have a clue about football as a whole if you think its so bad.
there is also no way in hell your school team were undefeated in 3 years, even the top teams in the world like brazil or barcelona lose now and again. yet a bunch of school kids, who all run and chase after a ball in their nappies, managed to not get beaten once in 3 years? i highly doubt it. maybe you should stop talking out your ***.
