He's playing decent this year (Cole) but still, can you imagine a player like him in the latter stages of the CL? He'd be exposed

He might well grow into it, he certainly has the attributes and he's definitely a better option for a lone man up top type player than anyone else we have with RvP out.

He has to say that to keep the athletico fans happy if he stays. He has no incentive to say that he would fit in at chelsea unless he actually thought it.

He's good, just 'Arry isn't playing him.
The fact that i wasnt impressed with him before Spurs bought him, he hasnt looked that good on the few times he has played and he can't even get into your team.

He done himself no favours by whinging about not getting games just 5 matches into the season.
According to Tribal (not sure who the original source is) SAF has offered Nani and £9m for Argentina's Di Maria (Benfica)
Nani is out of the team and doesnt look like getting back in it with the form of Valencia and Obertan, and with a figure attached it is more believable (not sure how much Di Maria is meant to be worth though), and its not that surprising a move - but I still wont believe it until I see Di Maria holding a Utd shirt (would be glad to see Nani go without a doubt though)

Carlton Cole would be a good addition imo.
He out of contract at end of season they might take what they can get for him. Based on his current form I wouldn't mind too much if he went.
