I was playing on a server mentioned that i would be back in less than a min , quickly needed to stop the drier in the kitchen , i was gone for exactly 1min as i timed it.

" you were moved to AFK "

And i couldn't rejoin as the infected or the survivor both full , took me ages to join aswell. I was most annoyed :mad: , nerd rage a quick swear and kicked by admin :o
 
^^Happens sometimes in pub games unfortunately, which is why it helps to have games with friends. Unfortunately it's not always easy with ocuk these days as not enough regulars like to play VS. :(

Played through all the campaigns yesterday and have to say found it pretty underwhelming. Glad I didn't pay full price for this. Levels feel a lot smaller and shorter. Got pretty bored quite quickly, doesn't seem like there are many people playing either.
 
Most people are playing special versions or vs mode which is a bit overwhelming for the newbie but ultimately a lot more interesting

Theres a new map soon I think

Did you play with other people or just single player?

If it was single player find some friends to play with you and try Versus mode as well.

Bad servers tonight full of people who don't know what a team is , nobody working together!. The thing is the vast majority of them are French and or Russians , the exact same lot that were bad in other online games.

What is it with the french and russians online? :o , never have a problem with the americans , germans e.t.c
 
So The Sacrifice is released tomorrow, who's up for a game together?

I'll be hitting a mountain bike trail before I get home from work, so I won't be back until 2am! Crap. :D

There is custom maps done all the time. Do a game search for add-on episode and it'll show games then give a link when you try to join.

Theres also an official episode out soon
 
I'd be up for a game tonight if theres any going, had lots of messages from steve over the past few weeks but im never here when he messages me :( (been a busy few weeks!)

Downloading all the custom maps now as i think i've only played i hate mountains out of all of them :D
 
Apparently bumped to Wednesday now.

Which basically means Thursday for UK players.

The big surprise today is… there is no surprise and no that isn’t one of Gabe’s three surprises. We have moved today’s surprise to Wednesday. We moved the announcement of the Midnight Rider’s contest winners to today. For tomorrow, we have enlisted an old friend to help with that announcement.
