I think you can yes. But you're really best waiting for the christmas steam sales - if you can. You should be able to pick up L4D/L4D2 for a couple of quid.
 
Well the sales are on now.. i'd be surprised if they didn't include L4D or L4D2 in it. Could be you'll just have to wait for the Xmas sale proper though, if you're missing games like HL2 just wait for the Valve Complete Pack to go on sale.
 
Been playing on a uk server 10v10 as my favourite ones are down, but there is one thing that winds me up it's useless french and russian players. If it's not left 4 dead 2 or battlefield the teamwork relating to french or russians just completely fails!. Do they even know how to play a game?, they will never change

Well the French are generally running around looking for someone to surrender to (I think Steve is actually of French descent) and the Russians keep waiting for the game to play them.

Lol I see nothing has changed since left 4 dead 2 came out, usually the same type of comments too :D:D
 
not to sound lit a complete tit but anyone decent enough to play realism campaign or vs realism feel free to add me to your steam friends as i often struggle to get in a decent game without ppl team killing or generally being crap lol.

Boomer bitchslap is normally on but set at 300, its just high enough for survivors to land without damage. That was set at 1100 just for a laugh as it was all friends.
 
Question for you! I was playing on The Passing finale on the OCUK server. I was a survivor and doing quite well! As i was running around i was suddenly transported to the area with the middle generator with the message "Masai has brought you back to life" - it was if i had just been revived from the dead with a defib.

I was then playing as another character. This Masai character did this to me twice.

I've never seen this before - hax, glitch, bug?!
