5ghz is fine for me ? I get just shy of 160mb/s down and 12.6mb/s up... You sure your router is ok ?

It's out of stock from Amazon direct - that's the one I'd go for.

They have one in stock and its £38 but is a genuine battery. The ones the sellers list and sold by Amazon are fake.

Hopefully Anker will release something soon.

It's out of stock for a LG BL-51YF. Price is £13.12

Plus there's a LG G4 Battery Charging Kit £30 that should be legit. Always but direct from Amazon if in doubt.

Edit - found what you mean and it is from Amazon I had to search for it. Stunning price if they get them in stock and they are genuine. The only other one Amazon list is £36...

Ive just bought the battery from amazon. I dont need it at the moment so will be a good buy/spare if they do come back in stock

Quite excited for this. Had a N5 for 2 years and it's been brilliant but showing it's age, limited storage and poor camera meant it was time to upgrade.
The G4 seems a great buy at ~£300 now. As tempting as the N5x/6P, Moto X, and Z5 are they simply aren't worth the premium. No finger print sensor is the only downside I see.
Keen to get QI charging working on the G4 - what's the best way to go about it?

Buy a sticker off ebay, and replace the NFC sticker with the NFC/Qi one.

It's a great phone I had an iPhone 6s for a couple of days and did not get on with it. The G4 is better in most ways and half the price.

UK Mobile Store has genuine LG G4 battery and battery pack. The battery itself is around £12 but with the charging pack, it's £27. I went with the latter. Does the job.

'tis a great phone and one i always think about going back too (already owned 2 before but moved onto to other phones )

Ticks all boxes apart from Finger Print scanner but how important is this feature to you?

Not at all really. It's a nice gimmick, but given that I don't even use NFC currently it wouldn't really add anything to the phone for me.

one way around entering pin code is to use a trusted Bluetooth/nfc device, like e smartwatch or a fitness tracker or even a nfc tag/ring would do it

Where you had the black leather one from? Got mine direct from amazon for £320. They were in stock this morning but out of stock again now.
Wish people would stop buying them incase mine goes caput
