Ditto, mine was dispatched earlier today. Does that mean it will likely come tomorrow or thursday?

Would i be right in assuming the CE will be delivered by the postman and not a courier? Im expecting a delivery tomorrow so im going to be at home, i dont want to be waiting at home on thursday as well.
 
Ive got my copy ready to dl on steam....but i havent got my saves from the first one anymore and i cant be bothered to do it. So im just gonna wait until mass effect 3 comes out then do them all in one go as if it was a huge game.

you can download 100% saves if your that depserate

No, I'm with you on that one. Especially for a game like this, I want the devs to make enough money to be able to produce more masterpieces in the future.

God, I'm looking forward to that. Like watching Star Wars IV-VI back to back.
It'll be a 'realistic' playthrough, like the one I'm working on now - ie, none of the nonsense sidequests that Shepard wouldn't have the time/inclination to do considering the importance of the major storylines. I find it much more enjoyable that way.

Found a way to get steam to start the preload on Rage3D

Type the following 2 commands in order in your browser and it will preload ME2

steam://install/24980
steam://preload/24980

Steam won't show any download activity but it's definitely downloading files to my hard drive.

Even though some games are dispatched early, Royal Mail can be given instructions to hold them until Friday. Not many people got their MW2 early, for example even though dispatching started a week before release...
