I liked the demo quite a lot, I wasn't interested at all in this as all NFS games since Underground 1 have been pants IMO but I think I may end up purchasing this if not at full price, definitely when it gets cheaper in the new year.

Love the demo even though its extremely buggy...

i love the new handling system, kinda half way inbetween extreme sim and arcade.

Played the demo a few times this morning again before work. Got a bit further along the track than I did before and also found out how to change the siren tone, but I still can't help but be disappointed. It feels much more like HP2 than it does Most Wanted, which in my mind is a large step backwards. Most Wanted did well to immerse you in what was happening without breaking up the gameplay, and the radio chatter was better too.

I'll probably get it, but not on release at full price, and I'm still disappointed that they didn't do more with it.

playing this last night as a mate asked me to dl so he could play the other track,then the fun began as he had posted a time that i just had to beat took a few attemps but i got there ,leaveing a msg for him when he comes back on overall i liked the game but do agree that the nissan was not all that good to drive as the police car but felt better in the other race , didnt feel as heavy.

Tried this last night, found it really rather good. The cars have a nice weight to them, quite fun beating peoples times too.

Will be a rental for sure.

Played this last night and just generally had a good laugh.

Spike strips work by dropping them behind you but if the car behind is too close then it's as if they don't deploy for a few seconds. There needs to be a bit of a gap between you.

Road blocks I was having the same trouble as others where the AI went straight through sometimes and I'd be the one wasting myself

Showing friend info for the races as well is a bit of a pain because it meant I couldn't put it down until I had beaten them!

I'll probably end up buying this. The demo didn't impress me as much as I'd hoped but the reviews and videos have, so I'm just going to have to take a little bit of a risk. Haven't had a racing game in a long time.
