***** Official OcUK Twitch List - Important Information in the Opening Post *****

Cheers for the follows guys as soon as I'm back I'll be doing the same.

I'm starting to talk with wg about getting first rights for streaming pre launch of warships. Nothing concrete yet.

I took a few off for some chill out but I missed the stream audience.

And I use obs with twitch board I think. I'll see tonight it's a good plug in for it

I'm going to be streaming Dying Light when it's released hopefully with twitch.tv/spamfish

He is really big, you all should host each other and build some momentum that way possibly. Theres always streaming teams with a homepage on twitch.

Theres one channel which broadcasts 24/7 and has like a staff that just rotates on in shifts, seems to work for them and they all live in a gaming house :D

I use XSplit for streaming as I have a 5 year license until 2020 but will keep trying OBS from time to time.

In slower paced games I stream at 1080p, but for faster stuff, like FPS then I switch to 720p for less pixelation and smoothness of the stream. I run at 3,000kb/s and it seems to provide a decent enough quality stream and not exclude too many watchers.

Currently also use TeeBoard (sadly development on hold for a while), Twitch Alerts & Roccat Power-Grid for my soundboard ;)

Added everyone to the list and will follow you all :D

Thanks for the follows Geekbyte & thecookeh.

Once we get better internet here i cant wait to get going. I think the only thing i'll struggle with is a regular schedule.

Do any of you think its possible to stream with my meager upload speed ? If its going to look pants then i wont bother.

Oh, okay, I presumed that if I did that the mic would just pic up the sound from my speakers (and so be crap quality) or that nothing would be audible if I used 'phones.

Yeah, I have a playlist on Windows Media Player that plays the tunes.

Just remember that the sound in the Video will be muted if you try to watch it later. When your stream is live it'll play fine, but they auto-detect copyrighted music and mute all sound in the video.

@Cobra-UK - Your upload is way too low to stream anything decent. The bit rate would be so low it'll be unwatchable and you'll probably have lag issues yourself in-game. Only thing you can do is wait for updated internet unfortunately.

I thought as much. Funnily enough in the last hour we have ordered fibre optic so next month i should be good to go..

Do you think that music from my spotify account would be allowed ? I pay the premium subscription if that make any difference.

No Cobra. It's all to do with broadcasting licence.

With Spotify you are allowed to play the music, but you couldn't stand in the street with an amp and play it for everyone.

Twitch only allow copyright free music or music that's allowed to be streamed live like at the places theonejat above listed.

Yeah - though I am thinking of linking last.FM to my twitch and putting mobot on for folks to choose music

Can I just add a quick thanks as well guys - I had set a small goal of 100 followers on twitch this year, 1 month in an I'm half way there already :)

Thank you so much folks
