Seriously I hope you're joking, you say join TR so you can be even more overpopulated and zerg people with no chance but only yesterday you were protesting this wasn't so when people suggested this was the case on Miller. Contradiction much?

Ryder - Join the faction you like the look of, any of them. Cobalt probably has a better balance at present as far as servers go.

Snot man - If you have a character on Woodman I'd carry on with that if I were you, the server's population is much better these days.

Putting graphics on MEDIUM, Shadows LOW, Folage LOW, AO Off, Bloom OFF has helped a lot. Rest is on high I think!

Was getting frame rates down to 25/30 in the heat of battle, now it's more stable at 50+

Alternatively join someone other than TR if you want to do something other than TK to actually get to shoot someone

I love being VS on Miller, don't see why anyone whinges, it's vastly more fun being outnumbered.

Yeah, they're still working on it with every patch but CPU is still the major limiting factor so reducing your graphics will only help so much. Maybe drop render distance a touch too (like 5%), but it's basically just find something that works for you.

I think transfers will just make the situation worse, players will just move to servers where their faction has highest pop and it will just be an endless loop. What they need to do is merge some servers or have a centralized server, you shouldn't have to just play 1 server, it's backwards in my opinion.

I know what you mean as I'm happy with COBOLT but because I'm dealing with south Korea I'm always up at strange hours so would not mind moving to a USA one when needed then back to EU etc

Because the transfers are going to be paid, I don't think you'll see a huge impact on server populations. People will move once, twice max, and then just live with their choice.

Just in case - is everyone aware of the free station cash (once per account)? Just go log into sony free realms and clone wars (craptastic browser based MMO's) with your station account and... instant 170 SC.

It's not THAT much, but it's free.

Since they got rid of single use camo that 170 is pretty useless, I however know a lot of people who only every used the 170 and now have the loyalty stuff including a free month of premium.

Remind me why i'm paying £8 a month?

If you mean the ones with the 3rd party server provider (forget the name)... I'm not sure. I got characters on Miller atm - I guess that's still US?

I don't know if it works on the EU ProSieben accounts. (the free sc thing).

Mercutio - SOE and ProSieben accounts all connect to the same servers, it's just a question of who you signed up with really, they were originally going to force all EU players to use ProSieben and migrate over existing SOE accounts but backtracked on it after some uproar.
