*** Official Planetside 2 Thread ***

Or get a copy of PS1 cheap like I did. :D

I want to get an idea of the game and I haven't played much FPS for a while so it will make me incredibly motion sick for the first couple of weeks. Like Halo CE and Timesplitters 2 I think this game will be worth a few early nights :D

Sadly, some twonk stole my wallet out of the car so I can't actually play yet. Live code but can't enter details for a subscription. :(

It has been one of those weeks to be honest.

NDA, sadly. It is ultimately best for the success of the game to comply with it imo.

I agree with this, people always wanna spout **** about a game before its released they play in beta, and if the performance is not 100% they whine on forums (just see the GW2 thread on here for a example) seems some people are to stupid to work out the difference between beta and testing a game versus its actual release, and yes while some games have been just as bad on release as in beta, that does not change this.

Seems even tho when in a beta, some people a) expect the game to be perfect, b) have everything to go their way, or they whine the game not working that its is buggy as hell and why should they buy/play it, forgetting they actually playing it for free....and that because it is buggy is why they in to test, so it can be fixed, but this escapes a lot of people.

I don't believe that at all, people having a whinge-fest isn't going to hurt it, the only thing that will is how well the developers listen or not to constructive criticism, of course this has to be kept on an official location due to the NDA you mentioned.

Of course, sometimes people forget that some complaints are feedback themselves, instead of understanding this turn to argumentative behaviour.
It's hard to often mask something you think should be changed as feedback instead of whining.

Whatever, it's a non issue.
