Meh, I like a challenge

Haven't tried those in the rain yet though, bit busy this evening - will have a crack tomorrow.

I tried out my setup for the FR3.5s on the smaller Mills inner loop track earlier, increased ride height a little bit and a small tweak to front and rear toe and it worked rather well

its fun. i just got a 1:52 in the wet. any good?

yeah but i cant even drive the fe3.5's properly yet so it would defo be no fun for me..

i get no feeling from them so im always spinning...

i love the meganes tho they feel spot on...

Meganes - mills metro full wet and low temp i can get a 1:10 easily

Havnt tried a proper lap in the wet in any of the other cars. Perhaps tomorrow i will try and force myself to get a good lap in on the f3.5s

whats your time on the portugal track though?

i got a race tonight with the RD guys. so far only 5 of us signed up dunno if its still on, hope so as i have practised a lot last night!

Considering I can just get in to the 1:49s in the dry, yeah - i'd call that good

I dunno i need to try it. I dont really enjoy jerez or malaysia.

I'm not a big fan of the Portugal track... Malaysia is damn good in the FR35s though - haven't tried in the Meganes - they might be a little slow for it.

I think Malaysia is the most challenging track.

yeah I'm not a fan of the portugal track in the fr3.5s at least there's just no grip at all.

I do like Malaysia but there's a couple of corners that always catch me out, I don't think I'm taking them with the right line tbh, I need to tweak my setup for malaysia so I can put a decent lap together...

I have meganes and mills metro server running. Im off to have a run on my bike so i could be an hour or so before i can join. Practice is 165mins long, qauli is 10 mins and race is 7 laps. There are no flag rules, so no random DQs.

Ok fellas do I buy the rF2 beta, try iRacing or pCARS?

Ive bought a ton of games on Steam during the sales so trying each one of these isn't happening.

I would say rf2 on a whole I prefer it, but I'm really enjoying iracing glad I tried it for the 8 quid, rf2 has a better feel to what the cars are doing.

but I really like the way iracing works great set up, just damn expensive...

I think I'l try pCARS because I know Im going to get rF2 eventually. As you say, the cost of iracing is prohibitive to me, plus the focus seems to be on American motorsport which I'm not a fan of.

yeah the yank thing put me off aswell but there's loads of f1 gp tracks in there and a couple of good cars so I'll stick to them series...

I got 1.48 last night! but a mate of mine got 1:30

Was really looking forward to last nights race but server wasnt appearing on my server browser list and the only one that appeared the was US one which required you to download a slightly modified version of the track


anyways i hope saturdays one goes through fine

That setup guide is good for beginners. To be more advanced, you need to have a setup that's not symmetrical

Me mate got this and we was messing about trying to blow a tyre ya cant is the simple answer .

We had it up a wall doing a burn out and tyre wear went black but the tyre held pressure is this cus its a BETA I was expecting a pop

I quite like when I was watching the videos that you an get flat spots etc. what's this like with a wheel compared to iracing?

And how much is it for the beta version?
