***Official Rift Planes of Telara Thread***

I have a minor problem with this game, when I quit the game my brightness or gamma is higher than usual, its annoyingly bright.

I'm on windows xp and my spec is in my sig, thanks for any help.

EDIT: This happens when you have "override desktop gamma" selected, I now have it unselected and everything is normal.

Saying I was hoping they would make a rift slightly more epic, just had a zone wide battle :D was brilliant. Though on the downside reached the lass boss, some huge tree blokey, and the servers went down for 2 hours for maintenance :confused: on the first day of the game seems a weird decision and then when I try to get back on later bet there will be massive queues :p
 
Got a slight problem with the game. My PC at home sucks but it's a little above the minimum spec requirement. However, it's all fine until i log in, none of the ground shows up, all i see is my UI, my character and other NPCs/mobs/players. I can see rifts and some objects on the ground, but no ground textures, any ideas?

5pm and my latency shoots upto 450-1500ms and because they still lump gaming data in with P2P traffic...

these guys are total morons.

Don't force anti-aliasing in the control panel, or you'll get this. Game only supports the in-game aa options.
 
FYI:

You can buy the digital collectors edition for only an additional £5 if you login into your account. This gives you the early mount, a pet, and a larger default bag.
 
ffs...just setup my account and installed the game and I can't login to account management or the game itself. I can reset my password, which works... but I still can't login afterwards.

When I updated my pre-order code to the game code it took a couple of hours before it let me back into the game.

LMFAO im in the same boat reset password now 13 times even regestered game code and sellected paypal for 6 months payment. cant log in website or game both say incorect email or password. how can the email be wrong when i have reset it 13 times. and password. oh and u cant phone uk support the phone number is a dead line.
 
Argh! There's no grace period for putting in your retail key! If your retail box hasn't arrived in this morning's post, you can't play for the weekend. This makes me a sad and angry panda. A bit like this one :

 
Expert Dungeons are rather fun. All bosses seem to drop an item which opens a 5 man rift or a raid rift. Chance of purple on each boss to I think.
