*** Official Ryzen Owners Thread ***

It is. Game runs like crap at best.

Even with a clean install of Windows, hardware at stock, game mode off, this game still stutters.

I'm contemplating offering a swap my 1080 for a Vega 64.

I was actually hoping it was my overclocks that was the issue but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Its the windows creators update that causes it.
Get on anniversary and it goes away. AMD suffer from it also.

Got the same one running 3200mhz @ 1.4v

I'm on a B350 motherboard so perhaps the X models handle Hynix memory better?

I wasn't going to bother but ended up switching it out for some G Skill Trident Z Samsung B Die which is happily running at 3333mhz CL14-14-14-34 @1.35v.

I have standard 1600 without X, Ram wont load using XMP, try setting everything manually.

The X i'm referring to is the X370 chipset, not the CPU.

We did speak to another manufacturer, though, who does use four later PCBs for their lower-end B350 boards. They said, "the bottom line is that with more layers the memory layout is better. The B350 usually is a four layer board, and the high end are six layers. Some memory will work on an X370 six layer board, but not on a B350 four layer board."

I've tried literally everything I can with that RAM, I spent the best part of a day trying to tweak it and couldn't get it stable past 2800. XMP got binned off virtually immediately.

I've already switched it out for some B Die RAM, this stuff will be getting returned.

Yes sorry i didnt clock that, I had either buy more expensive mobo or B350 with more expensive RAM, went with X370 due to Ryzen 2 compatibility.

Any one running they're Corsair LPX Hynix ram at 3200Mhz?

What settings are you using. I'm happy enough to leave mine at 3066Mhz using 1.4v and 60procodt. But interested to see what people who have the ram at 3200Mhz are using.

What settings are you using. I'm happy enough to leave mine at 3067Mhz using 1.4v and 60procodt. But interested to see what people who have the ram at 3200Mhz are using.

Most people at best get the result you do. I found the same when I used lpx initially.

That is why I changed to my current ram which runs at 3466 completely stable for my needs.
